This project proposed a customer-centric digital transformation strategy for Whole Foods by integrating hyper-tailored AI into the mobile app experience. Designed with a mobile-first approach, the enhanced app concept aimed to provide personalized product recommendations, nutrition-based meal planning, and in-store navigation through the use of health data (with user consent). The project also included cost estimates, revenue projections, and a phased change management plan to support implementation.
